THE PUPILS

In our pilot school located in Vincennes, we are pleased to welcome pupils with different types of profiles:

  • Children who have a struggle learning or adapting to their school environment (DYS conditions, TDA-H, children intellectually gifted, hypersensitivity, school phobia...).

  • Children who do not have learning difficulties but who sometimes feel demotivated by the traditionnel system. They do not find any purpose to what they are learning.

  • Children who have traveled or lived abroad, whose parents are looking for a careful, balanced, open minded and challenging school system.

We have chosen to shape our school include pupils with particular needs in order to define an inclusive model, with a responsible and sustainable approach based on a constant improvement.

OUR STRATEGY :

TRAIN LOCAL AMBASSADORS FOR CHANGE

image1.jpg
  • Offer a model adapted to everyone, including children with particular needs

  • Modify the managerial approach encouraging children and adults' development

  • Rely on collective intelligence and on everyone's talents

To do so, we implement different processes:

  • Constantly push forward our educational methods and offers (inspired by social evolutions and our counterparts)

  •   Allow digital and appropriate place into the system (online courtesy and relevant use) develop students digital competencies ( coding and robotic workshops)

  • Personalize everyone's path according to one's rythm

  • Building projects with third parties in France or abroad related to Culture or Nature

  • Put our pupils in the position of author or researcher interacting with the outside world

  • Develop soft skills, especially interpersonal skills, non-violent communication and self-confidence

"My experience at Hub School 21 was very enriching because the way of teaching as well as the speaker / student relationship is very different from my previous schools in which

there was no this relationship of trust."
